Biography
Engr. Tope Raphael Ayeni is a seasoned professional, technocrat, and innovative leader currently serving as the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) at the Ekiti State Housing Corporation, Ado-Ekiti. He is widely recognised for his exceptional expertise in computer engineering, data management, urban housing planning, and digital transformation initiatives within the public sector.
As Director of PRS, he has led numerous initiatives focused on data-driven policy formulation, housing infrastructure assessment, strategic planning, and performance evaluation. His leadership has been instrumental in developing frameworks that support evidence-based decision-making and enhance transparency in the Corporation's operations. He has successfully deployed several digital tools for project documentation, data analytics, and workflow automation, improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
His proficiency spans software development, database management, system analysis, and digital training — skills that have made him a mentor to younger ICT professionals within and outside government circles. Outside his official duties, Engr. Ayeni is an advocate of continuous learning and digital literacy, regularly engaging in community-based technology empowerment programmes and professional development workshops.
