Biography
Mohammad R.T. Bokabo (Kauran Rigachikun) is a technology strategist, educator, and capacity-building advocate with extensive experience bridging digital innovation, public sector development, and youth empowerment. He currently serves as Head of the Statistics Unit at the National Teachers' Institute (NTI), Kaduna, and as Director of Audit and Planning at the Practical Artificial Intelligence Development Foundation (PAIDeF). He is a Ph.D. candidate in Network Information Security.
As Chairman of NITPCS's Capacity Building, Development and Inter-Governmental Relations Committee, Mal. Bokabo drives initiatives that align civil service digital transformation with national workforce development goals. His expertise spans digital skills training, AI-enabled capacity programmes, cybersecurity frameworks, and public-private partnership mobilisation.
As the Founder of Enabler Edge Solutions, Mal. Bokabo brings a multidisciplinary background in education administration, technology integration, and community development. His leadership track record includes founding the Rigachikun Educational Development Association (REDA), pioneering student electoral governance in Igabi LGA, and extensive youth mentorship.
